"I was first introduced to Athens in 1994, when I came to UGA to obtain my degree in English. After graduating, I lived in Augusta and Atlanta before coming back six years ago to my favorite town.
By the time I returned, Athens had already changed so much since my college days. The city and The University continue to grow by leaps and bounds. That’s why when I decided to go into real estate, it was imperative for me to work for a developer committed to smart growth.
It has been my good fortune to be associated with a townhome development since it’s inception that places a high value on maintaining the natural surroundings and leaving a small, but tall, footprint to minimize disruption to the site. At The Seasons, we worked with The Georgia Native Plant Society to ensure many endangered plants would be rescued before the first shovel was overturned.
